"My background in architecture and passion for real estate investing enable me to bring valuable ideas and perspective to my client's decision-making process. I love the moment I see them relax with confidence in their well-informed decision. We don't suffer sleepless nights or 'buyer's remorse' around here."
Marshall Ultch Listing Partner, Buyer Representative
I’m Marshall Ultch. I didn’t set out to be a REALTOR(R), but I’m thankful for the day I decided that’s what I wanted to do. I got my degree in architecture at Lawrence Technological University, but my love of design and attention to detail had real estate calling my name. I come from a long line of real estate investors and developers, so I guess it’s in my blood.
With a background in architecture and real estate investing, I bring a lot of additional value to the table for my clients. I’m also a Certified Negotiation Expert, enabling me to skillfully negotiate the best deal on their ideal home.
And I get to work each day with the great people on The Integrity Team. This team is an incredible group of people who live by the highest possible standards. Gwen and Roger Daubenmeyer, our team leaders, give everything of themselves, and they expect the same of the people that work with them too. I know first hand what it is like working with this team.
Gwen and Roger represented me in the purchase of my first home long before I received my real estate license. Of course, when I decided to make real estate my career, learning the business under their mentorship was my goal. I am incredibly proud of the fact that I won a coveted place here in 2011.
Under the coaching and leadership of Gwen and Roger, I consistently rank in the top 5% of agents nationwide, win lots of awards and have a tribe of loyal clients of my own. I’m grateful to be a partner in such a high-achieving team.
A benefit to you in working with a team is the collaboration that takes place. We’re constantly popping into each other’s offices, strategizing together on the best plans of action for our clients. When you work with one of us, you’re sourcing all of us and each of our strengths; it’s a powerful thing.
In my personal time, I have a passion for home design and renovation (which makes my job even more fun) and am lucky to share those loves with my wife, Lori. Lori is a high school teacher and guidance counselor. She understands the pressures of a demanding job and always has my back. When I met Lori, I won at life. I have so much to thank her for in my success.
Lori and I have a baby daughter, Lydia. Parenthood is new territory for me, for sure, but I’ve found having a child is a great motivator. Lydia needs a college fund!
Thank you for reading my digital introduction. I hope I have the pleasure of meeting you in person. If you have questions, I’m just on the other side of this web page.
Welcome to The Integrity Team. You belong here.
