So interesting, isn’t it? From year over year, we had Shelby Twp make the top 3 list for both years, however, there was a drop from #1 in 2016 to #2 in 2017. Here’s the kicker though and that is Shelby Twp SPtoLP was higher in September 2017 at 97.82 percent, BUT the bar was also set higher in September 2017 by Royal Oak stepping in with 98.01 percent! The highest stat in September 2016 was Shelby Twp with just 96.49. Imagine that! 98.01 percent in September 2017 and 96.49 in September 2016. As you can see the market is everchanging.

Looking back at August 2016 was Royal Oak at the top with 97.22 percent SPtoLP and in August 2017 it was again, Royal Oak with 97.64 percent. It not only changes from year to year but month to month. Pretty soon we’ll be comparing October numbers and that will definitely be interesting to see as well.
