This week, however, we are turning our attention to what is called “List to Sale Price” for May 2017. This figure is found by taking the final sale price (what a buyer pays for the home) and dividing it by the last list price expressed as a percentage. It’s definitely a number to know for those considering either buying (knowing how much you’ll need to bring to the table for a strong offer) and selling (knowing how much you can expect to take in from the sale.)
As you can see, we are VERY strong in the previously mentioned Oakland County communities when it comes to this percentage. All of them fall within the 95 percent or better bracket. I believe that shows what a strong real estate market we are in.
