Average Sold Prices for September 2016-2017
It is the beginning of another new month and that means it is time to review the Average Sold Prices for September 2016-2017. I thought we’d start with the Average Sold Prices for September 2017 and compare those to the year previous. That’s what we do! We look at the current market in relation to the previous year’s market. Let’s get started!

We’ll start with the year over year average sold price decreases. Birmingham saw the biggest price drop of $55,414 and the next community which saw a price decrease was Rochester which saw a decrease of $5,685.
The rest of the communities saw increases in average sold prices. The biggest price increase was found in Troy which saw an increase of $43,391. The next two communities with big increases were Oakland Twp with a $36,885 increase and Royal Oak with a $36,448 increase.
